Our own version of pithivier. Originally a savory French pie that can be eaten cold or hot. Each has its own filling but our version is made with fresh puff pastry with duck foie gras, delicious plucked chicken, pork and chanterelles ... perfect to complete your fall table.
The pithivier is suitable for 2 people.
Bake for about twenty minutes at 150°.
