Spring is in town! This is traditionally the period of Easter lambing. These lambs, also called milk lambs, are very tender and fine in flavor during this period. For this wonderful period Hendrik and his team selected 3 lambs. Each with a different taste and own terroir. Each time, each lamb is cut with pure craftsmanship and passion.
