How does that work, meat delivered to your door?
1. Order
We will note your order on day A and deliver on day C. We only start preparing your order on the day before delivery.
2. Packaging
We vacuum-pack each piece of meat to keep it fresh for longer.
3. Transport
The meat is neatly packaged and transported refrigerated. The day of delivery, you will receive an email with track and trace code and a two-hour time frame within which we expect to deliver your order.
4. Quality garantee
Our method has been extensively tested and has the approval of the FASFC.

To guarantee the best quality and freshness of our meat, we only process your order the day before your chosen delivery date. This ensures the meat arrives fresh at your door and you can safely store it for a few more days.

Please note: if you order on day A, you will receive your parcel on day C. All deliveries take place from Tuesday to Saturday (between 8am and 6pm).
2. Packaging
We vacuum-pack each piece of meat. That way the meat will stay fresh. Each order is neatly packaged in a Dierendonck box.
3. Transport
For our transport, we can rely on the expertise of DPD Fresh in Belgium and Luxembourg.
DPD fresh's continuous monitoring of the cold chain (+4°C and/or -18°C) ensures that the quality and safety of all your products is always guaranteed. Using sensors during transport, storage and sorting, they constantly monitor the correct temperature.
Please note!
- Unattended deliveries are only permitted if this has been requested in writing from the carrier.
- If a delivery is left unattended at the customer’s request, Dierendonck can no longer guarantee the quality of the goods.
- If there is no answer at the door, the delivery driver will attempt to contact you by telephone; if this call also goes unanswered, the parcel will be taken back to the depot where it will be stored under refrigeration. Your parcel will then be presented again the following working day.
- When placing an order, the chosen delivery date is indicative; we reserve the right to make a second delivery attempt.
- A redelivery will take place if delivery could not be made on the first attempt, due to no answer or force majeure on the part of the parcel service. The parcel will be rescheduled for delivery on the next working day. Deliveries originally scheduled for Saturday will be delivered by Tuesday at the latest.
4. Quality garantee
Because of our extensive positive testing, we therefore have full approval from the FASFC on how we operate.

Dierendonck is proud of the quality of its products and wants you to be too.
We pack and deliver our orders with every care. If something does go wrong, simply contact our team and we will put it right for you.
During weekends, our offices are closed and it is best to contact DPD directly. You can do this by emailing customer.operations@dpdfresh.be or calling 015/21 24 90. On Saturdays they are available until 1pm.

Shipping costs
Orders above 150 EUR are being delivered free of charge!
For orders below 150 EURwe charge a delivery cost of 15 EUR for refrigerated transport.
For the delivery of non-refrigerated transport, we charge a delivery cost of 8 EUR.
