🥩 Ordering & Delivery
How does delivery of my order work?
If you order today, your meat will be delivered the day after tomorrow.We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday between 8 AM and 6 PM.
👉 Important: we do not work with pre-prepared stock. Your order is only cut and packed shortly before shipping, so everything arrives as fresh as possible.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered on the delivery date you choose during checkout.In most cases, this means: order = (earliest) delivery 2 days later.(You can also schedule a delivery several weeks in advance.)
Example:
Order on Friday → delivery on Tuesday
Until when can I place an order for delivery?
To guarantee delivery, we recommend ordering at least 2 days in advance.You can place your order until 10 PM for delivery on the day after next.
On which days do you deliver?
We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday.No deliveries are made on Sundays and Mondays.
Is a second delivery attempt possible?
If necessary, a second delivery attempt can be scheduled. After a failed delivery, your package will be returned to a refrigerated depot and offered again the next working day.(Unfortunately, delivery to neighbors is not possible.)

How is my order delivered?
Your order is delivered refrigerated to maintain the cold chain all the way to your home.This keeps your meat perfectly fresh during transport.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. Since we use refrigerated transport and there are no cooling elements inside the package, parcels cannot be left at the door.
If you are not home, your package will be offered again the next working day.
Will my meat stay fresh during transport?
Yes. Thanks to refrigerated transport, your meat remains at the perfect temperature.If your package cannot be delivered on the selected day, it will also be stored in a refrigerated depot.
What does delivery cost?
Orders over €150 are delivered free of charge.For orders under €150, a delivery contribution of €15 will be charged.
🥩 Freshness & Quality
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Our meat is fresh, unless stated otherwise.
We only cut and pack shortly before shipping, so you always receive the best quality.
How long does the meat stay fresh?
Shelf life varies by product and is clearly stated on the packaging.
You can also freeze the meat perfectly to keep it longer.
All our products are vacuum-packed or packed under protective atmosphere.
Where does the meat come from?
We work with carefully selected suppliers who focus on quality, craftsmanship, and respect for animals and nature.
How should you store the meat after delivery?
Vacuum-packed meat should always be kept refrigerated. Store the meat in the refrigerator at all times. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and packaging before preparation. Let the meat rest for about 15 minutes before cooking, frying, or grilling.

As long as your order has not yet gone into production, you can still modify or cancel it.
