Chorizo de Bellota 100% Ibérico


This Chorizo Iberico Bellota is a typical Spanish sausage made from 100% purebred Iberian pork. 

The pigs live partly free in nature (Dehesa) where they are fed a natural diet of acorns (Bellota) and wild grasses. 
This gives the meat a nutty flavour. 

Salt, smoked paprika (pimenton), garlic and other spices are added to the meat. 
This is followed by a 3-month maturing process. 

It is a mild chorizo with nice sweet notes. 

Packed per 80 grams.
