Our beef symbolises Dierendonck's core values: passion, craft and the unmistakable quality of terroir. Carefully selected from European farms where respect for animals and nature is paramount, such as our own farm where we breed West Flemish Red. After which we mature and process the meat, according to our values. Meat that tells a story of tradition and craftsmanship.
