The quality of a butcher is determined by their mince and sausages. Hendrik’s father taught him how to tell which meat would make the best sausages.

At Dierendonck, we like old-school, coarsely ground Flemish mince to slowly stuff natural intestine casings with. A 100% artisan sausage, seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

We also like to experiment with new flavours that we have since refined. There’s a hint of Indian spices, curry and turmeric to our Bollywood sausage.
