At Dierendonck Butchery, we prefer old-school, coarsely ground Flemish Mince for our traditional, 100% artisan sausages.
All of them have a unique flavour, from Toulouse sausage, Italian sausage and merguez to our no-frills rustic sausage or country sausage with fennel, herbs and lardo.
