The quality of a butcher is determined by their mince and sausages. Hendrik’s father taught him how to tell which meat would make the best sausages.

At Dierendonck, we like old-school, coarsely ground Flemish mince for our traditional, 100% artisan sausages.


These sausage brochettes are packed per 2 pieces (500gr).
