We are proud to be exclusive distributor in Belgium of SASHI meat.

SASHI is a Japanese word that literally means "marbling". The meat is therefore selected and characterised by this marbling - fat through the muscle tissue.

Although Wagyu and Kobe beef have become very popular - including in Europe - their price is high, which limits their distribution.

This is why we looked for an alternative: SASHI-meat offers similar or even better eating quality, especially in terms of flavour, and is more affordable.

With a marbling of 3 to 5 on the Kobe scale, SAGYU guarantees intensity and pure enjoyment. This selection comes from European cattle with exceptional genetics, fed a specific diet for optimal intramuscular fat. The meat is buttery tender, melts on the tongue and leaves a deep, full flavour.
