This exclusive extra virgin olive oil comes from the estate of none other than George Lucas – the creator of Star Wars. But this is not science fiction, it is pure, artisanal reality.
Made from a classic blend of Provençal olive varieties – including Picholine, Aglandau, Bouteillan and Grossane – and harvested by hand, it is immediately cold-pressed on the estate. The result: a certified 'AOP Huile d'Olive de Provence Biologique', which guarantees origin, quality and craftsmanship.
The olives grow on clay and limestone soil, which contributes to the oil's smooth texture.
🫒 Taste profile:
Amber green with golden reflections. On the nose: floral and aromatic notes. On the palate: smooth, with refined aromas of nuts and fresh almonds.
