At Dierendonck, we like old-school, coarsely ground Flemish mince for our traditional, 100% artisan sausages.
All of them have a unique flavour, from Toulouse sausage, Italian sausage and merguez sausage to our no-frills rustic sausage or country sausage with fennel, herbs and lardo.
