This superior quality Belgian venison calf is prepared in our workshops in cuts of 200g or 600g. So you can choose yourself whether you want individual portions or a larger cut.

Cooking tip for a 600g cut:

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper and then pan sear in good quality butter.
  • Then place in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes at 180°C.
  • Allow the meat to rest in aluminium foil for another 5 minutes.
