Our venison fillet is carefully selected from young deer, which roam freely in the lush forests and open fields. They thrive in their natural environment and feed on wild herbs, seeds, clover and grass, resulting in tender and succulent meat.

Venison fillet has a refined, delicate flavour characterised by subtle sweet notes. Its texture is exceptionally tender, low-fat and lean, making it a real pleasure to prepare and eat. A real treat for foodies, then.
