We’ve been buying our veal in the Corrèze region of France for years. That’s where you’ll find the best veal there is, from newborn Limousin calves. Lovely pink meat with just the right amount of fat and wonderfully rich in flavour.

We use the legs for our veal roast – an ideal cut to make your own vitello tonnato.
