Hendrik's Premium BBQ Box - OFYR Edition

Meat for those who take fire seriously

This BBQ Box was created for lovers of open fire, pure flavours, and authentic craftsmanship. Not a quick grill, but a ritual centred around warmth, time, and attention — exactly where Ofyr and Dierendonck come together.

At the heart of this box are large cuts of meat with character, carefully selected to shine on the Ofyr: sizzling over the flames, slowly cooking at the edge of the fire, and ultimately shared around the table.

What can you expect?

A powerful selection of BBQ cuts, each with its own moment around the fire:

1x Côte à l’os Oedslach 850g – robust, full of depth, and perfect for carving and sharing

1x Tomapunk (550g) – intensely marbled, juicy, and visually impressive over open fire

1x Slow-cooked short rib (250g) – slowly cooked, rich, smoky, and full of flavour

1x Carcasse white sausage (420g) – refined, juicy, and perfect as an accessible BBQ moment

1x Pluma (300g) – quick to grill, packed with flavour, and ideal for direct heat

1x Lamb rack (350g) – refined, elegant, and a true showpiece on the Ofyr

All cuts have been carefully selected to perform at their best on an Ofyr: from intense grilling at the heart of the fire to gentle finishing at the outer edge.
