Sambal Opa Co The Original


A delicious, mild sambal with an authentic taste. The name of the sauce is named after the father of Sycro Bakker, chef of restaurant Pure C** in Cadzand. His grandchildren call the sambal 'Opa Co'.

The sauce can be used with anything. As a flavour enhancer in a dish or as a basic boembu for Indonesian dishes. Or of course just on a slice of bread with old cheese or peanut butter. Selamat Makan'.
