Method of preparation:

With our simple guide, you can enjoy your own homemade pitta at home. Just follow the steps below for best results

Step 1: Prick the meat geschrankt on the pitta pin provided 

This ensures that the flavours mix perfectly during the baking process, and the meat remains beautifully juicy

Step 2: Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes

Preheat your oven to 180°C and place the pitta pin with the meat on it in the centre. Let the meat cook gently for 50 minutes.

Meanwhile, you can do the mise-en-place of the greens and sauces.

Step 3: Cut the meat into strips and fry until crispy for best results

Remove the pin from the oven and cut the meat into strips. For an extra crispy texture, fry them briefly more in a pan. The result? A perfectly balanced combination of tenderness and crispy meat.
