The short-chain project committed to producing a fairtrade passata
This project fits perfectly within our philosophy and we certainly want to support it.
This passata contains only 4 ingredients:
- 100% organically grown Belgian tomatoes
- salt
- olive oil
- basil
One batch is produced only once a year, in the tomato season and when there are no more bottles left, we wait for the next season to reproduce some.
The result is enjoyed by great chefs like Nicolas Decloedt and Willem Hiele, and if you wish to, it can be delivered to your home...
