The taste of the past, the craftsmanship of today

In my early years as a butcher, I was always looking for new products. By exploring, I came to respect the classics more than ever. So I chose to put my mother Anneke's traditional recipes on point and explore the possibilities for innovation.

Now we put these delicious classics on the table the way I prefer to taste them myself. Prepared with the best terroir products, daily fresh ingredients and with respect for the traditional recipe.

From the field to our stew

We select our meat and vegetables from producers who work according to the same ethic: 'less, but better'. So we invariably choose products with the shortest possible chain. This way we always create fresh flavors and minimize the impact on our environment. All our dishes are prepared with fresh farmhouse butter and cream.

Fresh & sustainable

We package all our dishes the way our grandmother did. They are naturally pasteurized and packaged at temperatures over 84 degrees. Finally, we let the dishes cool as quickly as possible. In this way we guarantee pure products that retain their nutritional value optimally. Of course, all our packaging is completely recyclable.
